About Me

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of strategy and execution, taking on increasing responsibility for complex initiatives and cross-functional work.

My background spans strategy, operations, and product ownership, often operating close to decision-making in environments where alignment, accountability, and follow-through are critical. I’ve owned large, multi-team initiatives, translated strategic direction into executable plans, and built intake, prioritization, and reporting processes that improved visibility and decision-making.

Over time, I’ve managed global teams responsible for operational performance across multiple regions and helped establish new teams and operating models during periods of growth and change. While much of my experience has been within financial services, the nature of the work itself has been broadly transferable across industries.

Selected Experience

  • Led major initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution.

  • Designed intake and prioritization processes that improved transparency and decision-making across competing initiatives.

  • Built and led international teams focused on operational performance, data quality, and risk readiness.

  • Helped stand up new operational hubs and repeatable processes to support sustainable growth across regions.

In more recent roles, I was directly involved in applying AI and machine learning within operations, including hands-on implementation and the formation of an internal AI working group focused on practical adoption and governance.

I’m currently exploring opportunities where sound judgment, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined execution are valued, and where strategy is expected to show up in how work actually gets done.
